It will define the expectations that both the client and Star Web Services will have of each other.

Execution

When the proposal is accepted and all expectations are agreed upon, Star Web Services will establish your maintenance plan. We will work closely with you, the customer on the evaluation and needs of your web site.

Reports

At the end of each maintenance plan time frame, Star Web Services will provide a written report on the work completed. Star Web Services will provide the necessary additions to your Web Site Handbook to keep it current.
