EXPO POLICIES

Please read and follow these instructions for 2010 Gulf Coast Expo Pre - Registration.

Refund Policies:

1) Workshop Change/Cancellation of a workshop:

Please call with your requested change(s) on or prior to March 15, 2010; no changes will be accepted after this date.

One free change can be made to your mailed, faxed, or on line registration. This must be done on or before March 15, 2010. Please note that a processing fee of $10.00 will be assessed for subsequent changes made to any registrations.

It is your responsibility to make sure your workshops do not overlap – we do NOT check this for you. We will not refund overlapped workshops.

If you are unable to attend a workshop for which you have enrolled, we encourage you to select a replacement.

On site workshop changes/cancellations cannot be accepted or refunds issued unless special circumstances are noted. Check in with the Expo staff at the registration desk.

If you are a ‘No-Show’ to a workshop(s) defined by attendance records, you will not be refunded. Check to be sure your instructor lists you present.

The Expo staff reserves the right to cancel any workshop for any reason. If a workshop is cancelled or time changed by the Expo staff that prevents you from attending you will receive a full refund for that workshop.

In the event that a workshop instructor cancels his/her workshop, the GCC-FFF reserves the right to select a skilled alternate if one is available. No refund will be issued in this case.

 

 

 

2) Cancellation of your Conclave Registration:

A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all Expo registration cancellations to cover non-refundable costs.

Refunds will be issued on cancellations received prior to March 15, 2010 less the $10.00 cancellation fee. Refunds will be processed as soon as possible.

Cancellations received after March 15, 2010 will NOT be refunded except under special circumstances approved by the Expo staff. Your special circumstances must be put in writing and sent to the registration chairman. The cancellation fee still applies and will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellations may be sent by E-mail to: gulfcoastexpo@gmail.com . Please include your reason for canceling. Special circumstances need to be noted to receive a refund.
